General Information

JMSI: Journal of Management Strategies and Innovation publishes original research articles, review articles, and conceptual papers in the fields of management, business, and innovation. Submitted manuscripts must be original, have not been published previously, and are not under consideration by any other journal.

Manuscript Preparation

• Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English.
• The manuscript should be prepared using Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).
• Paper size: A4 (210 × 297 mm).
• Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
• Line spacing: 1.15.
• Length: 5,000–8,000 words, including references.
• All pages should be numbered consecutively.

Manuscript Structure

1. Title (maximum 20 words)
2. Author(s) Name and Affiliation
3. Abstract (150–250 words)
4. Keywords (3–5 keywords)
5. Introduction
6. Research Method
7. Results and Discussion
8. Conclusion
9. References

Abstract and Keywords

The abstract should briefly describe the research purpose, methodology, findings, and implications. Authors should provide 3–5 keywords that accurately reflect the content of the manuscript.

Tables and Figures

• Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively.
• Each table and figure should have a clear title and source (if applicable).
• Figures must be of high resolution and editable whenever possible.

Citation and References

References and in-text citations must follow the APA (7th Edition) style. Authors are encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.

Ethical Considerations

• Submitted manuscripts must be free from plagiarism.
• The journal uses plagiarism detection software to screen all submissions.
• Authors must disclose any conflict of interest.
• All listed authors must have made substantial contributions to the manuscript.

Submission Process

1. Register or log in to the journal website.
2. Start a new submission.
3. Upload the manuscript file and supplementary documents.
4. Enter all required metadata.
5. Confirm and complete the submission.

Review Process

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. The editorial team will assess the manuscript's relevance, originality, methodological rigor, and contribution to the field.

Article Processing Charges

Currently, JMSI does not charge any submission fee. Information regarding publication fees, if applicable, will be provided after the manuscript is accepted for publication.
