Abstrak

This research aims to explore the implementation of Education 5.0 in the context of digital transformation in education management in the era of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. Through a systematic literature review method from various leading sources published in the 2020-2024 period, this study found that the integration of digital technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) significantly improves managerial efficiency, administrative transparency, and adaptive and personalized learning quality. However, the research also identified various challenges in the implementation of Education 5.0, namely the digital divide, stakeholder resistance, and curriculum adaptation that is not optimal. The results of the study recommend integrative strategies in dealing with these challenges, including the development of digital competencies of human resources and regular curriculum updates. The implications of this study confirm the urgency of implementing Education 5.0 to create educational institutions that are able to produce graduates who are highly competitive, adaptive, and relevant to global needs.
