Abstract

Islamic Education Institutions (LPI) are currently facing major challenges in improving the quality of education in the midst of competitive global competition. This study aims to analyze visionary leadership strategies in Islamic education management as a key instrument to boost the quality of institutions. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by analyzing reputable academic literature published in the last ten years. The results of the study show that visionary leadership in an Islamic perspective integrates modern managerial competencies with the values of critical spirituality and prophetic ethics. Key implementation strategies include organizational capacity building, the creation of a strong academic culture, and high adaptability to digital transformation. These findings prove that there is a positive correlation between visionary leadership and improved educator performance, job satisfaction, and overall institutional competitiveness. This study recommends LPI leaders to adopt a proactive leadership paradigm to ensure sustainable quality of education.
